Shipping & Return Policy
We are happy to ship every order over $50 at our own cost (except in the case of a return or exchange). Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $6 for shipping.
Orders are typically processed the next business day. If an order is placed after 2pm on Friday your order will typically not be processed until Monday.
If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the remaining items from your order, and you will receive an email confirming the items in your order that were processed. You be refunded for any items that are not in stock. If all of the items on your order are out of stock, then your order will be cancelled, your credit card charge will be voided, and a notification email will be sent to you explaining the reason for cancellation.
Returns and Exchanges:
We love every single item we sell at Bo's Boutique and we want you to love them as well. If for some reason you are not 100% in love with the item you purchased don't hesitate to contact us so that we can make it right. Please read our return policy carefully. Returns can only be made in the form of a store credit.
- All return packages must be received within 14 days of the date of original purchase.
- Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit which can be used for your next purchase at www.BosBoutique.net.
- You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not accept returns on jewelry.
You cannot return or exchange if:
- It has been more than 30 days since the original purchase date.
- If your purchase was on sale.
- If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, unworn, & smoke-free condition.
- If the original tags are not attached.
- If your purchase was made during a store-wide sale or promotion.
